Paul's passion for presentation training and public speaking came about when he was 11 years old and was taken by his father to a local Rotary club to deliver a 15-word thank you speech. When Paul's turn came to speak, he was overcome by this debilitating fear of public speaking and froze. Very understanding and supportive, Paul's father told him that it didn't need to be like this for the rest of his life and helped him to overcome his fear.

Paul Griffiths is a former television journalist and current affairs presenter (Network 10; ABCTV; BBCTV) who, for the past forty years has explored the art and psychology of motivating others through 'live' and TV presentation opportunities.
Do you know why ABCTVs The New Inventors is called The New Inventors? Because Paul Griffiths (and actor Stuart Wagstaff) were the presenters of The (Original) Inventors during the 1980s. Paul was an Associate Producer and Senior Reporter on ABCTVs flagship current affairs program This Day Tonight and (prior) a documentary producer and presenter for BBCTVs The Money Program.
He has enjoyed working with a huge variety of clientele around the planet during the past forty years of consulting with corporations and educating people to make the transfer from''informer' to 'educator'. For the past 12 years he has been teaching personal and business communications subjects to senior corporate and government personnel who attend the General Manager and Senior Manager Development Programs at the Australian Graduate School of Management - a School of the University of New South Wales.
When helping companies to optimise media opportunities, Paul doesn't apologise for using realistic scenarios which generate excellence in both strategic thinking and personal capability to individuals 'in front of the camera'.
